Jared Sinclair is an experienced leader with over 22 years of experience consulting and leading innovative change in the government, private, and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Sinclair has engaged in high-impact projects leading cross-functional teams involved in operations, growth, intelligence and analysis, negotiations, public relations, business and management consultations, start-ups, and workforce development.
His areas of expertise include process improvement, leadership development, growth initiatives, strategic planning, efficiency, and transformations.
Mr. Sinclair possesses an M.B.A. in financial management and an M.A. in leadership and organizational studies. He is a Doctoral candidate concentrating on organizational change and leadership at the University of Southern California.
Mr. Sinclair is actively involved with non-profit organizations around the globe and routinely facilitates pro bono strategic planning, business development, and leadership development sessions.
Nolan Sinclair has over 20 years of experience in areas of education and finance. Throughout his career, Nolan designed and developed educational curriculum, directed leadership teams, and oversaw financial center operations.
Nolan's areas of expertise include developing learning organizations, curriculum design, team building and coaching, and leadership development.
Nolan possesses a B. A. in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton, an M.A. in Education, and an M.S. in physical education from Azusa Pacific University. He is actively involved in the Advancement Via Individual Determination program and is an active mentor of youth in underserved communities.
